Meet Kelly
Kelly Holtz is a registered dietitian with a focus in sports nutrition and women's health. Her passion for sports nutrition stems from a childhood of competitive swimming, and a current love of fitness classes and running. She ran the Chicago marathon in 2020 and loves any opportunity to run through her favorite city, New York. Kelly's goal is to help people fuel for their best performance, while breaking through food rules and eliminating restrictions! Her all foods fit mentality provides a gentle approach to nutrition that helps people reach their goals without sacrificing the joy of food.

In graduate school, she focused her research on relative energy deficiency in sport (REDs), and went on to publish her work about educating sports professionals on the role they can play in REDs detection and intervention. Kelly is passionate about spreading awareness on the health and performance consequences of under-fueling in sport, not only to athletes, but to everyone in their circle of support.
