Some of my favorite memories are from Friday night pizza with my teammates after swim practice. Sports are meant to be fun! While we take proper fueling seriously around here, we factor in the joys of food and the unpredictable moments of life!

INITIAL SESSION
During our initial call together we'll review your health history, diet, training schedule, and relationship to food. ​You'll leave this session with a clear idea of next steps.
FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
Length and meeting frequency varies by program to meet your individual needs for nutrition support.

Sessions typically start on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and are used to assess progress, to discuss barriers or challenges, and plan ahead for tricky situations or changes in routine.
